How it works
- From any artboard, open Video → Transform → Frames.
- Give it: Source.
- Set the options you want, then run it to get back a video.
The finished video is saved to the artboard and appears in its timeline.

Interval Number
How long to wait between passes, in seconds.
Between 1–60.
Defaults to 1.
