How it works

  1. From any artboard, open Image → Transform → Compress.
  2. Give it: Source.
  3. Set the options you want, then run it to get back an image.

The finished image is saved to the artboard and appears in its timeline.

What you give it

  • Source File

    The file the playground works from. Everything it returns is a version of this.

    Takes images.

What you can set

  • Format Choice

    The file format to write out.

    jpegwebp

    Defaults to jpeg.

  • Quality Number

    How hard to work at the result.

    Between 10–95.

    Defaults to 70.
